At Opu’Lence StyleHouse, we value our customers and aim to provide the best shopping experience. As a small business, we do not offer refunds, but we do accept returns under the following conditions:
You may return eligible items for:

An exchange for another item(s) of equal or greater value

Store credit, valid for 18 months from the original purchase date, if a suitable replacement is not available
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:

For sanitary reasons, stretch pants, leotards, tights, bodysuits, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders:

Custom orders are non-refundable

One exchange is allowed if sizing is an issue

Custom items are Final Sale and must be unworn and in original condition
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with full order details sent to the email address provided at checkout.
How to Return an Item:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unworn or unused

In original packaging
Note: Some items may not include tags, as we occasionally remove them during packaging. This does not affect return
eligibility as long as the item remains clearly unworn and unused.
Return Steps:
1. Email us at info@opulencestylehouse.com to request a return.
2. Complete the packing slip included in your order.
3. Indicate the item you’d like in exchange (include color & size) or select “store credit.”
4. Ship your item with the completed slip to:
